1. Introduction

By accessing or using our system, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms govern your access to and use any services provided by Property Listing Co. Ltd. ("Provider")

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of our system, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use the CRM for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. You are responsible for securing your account and password.

4. Subscription Fees and Payment

Access to our system may require payment of subscription fees. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis and are non-refundable, except as expressly provided in these Terms.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by notifying the other party.

6. Limitation of Liability

Provider will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Under no circumstances shall we, or our directors, employees, or agents, be held responsible or liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, data loss, or any other damages resulting from your use of the site. This applies even if we have been informed about the possibility of such damages. Despite any provisions to the contrary in this document, our total liability to you for any reason, will be limited to the total amount you have paid us, if any, during the one-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7. Informal Negotiations

To swiftly resolve and minimize the expenses associated with any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from these Terms of Use initiated by either you or us (referred to individually as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties"), both Parties commit to first engage in informal negotiations for at least thirty (30) days before starting arbitration. These informal negotiations will begin once one Party sends written notice to the other Party.

8. Changes to Terms

Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our system after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
